      Trainer and Facilitator

      Sara has a passionate, proven track record as a professional trainer and facilitator who teaches her clients how to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and create lasting results in the hospitality industry.

      For over a decade, she worked all over Europe in luxury customer-facing environments such as five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.

      In 2020, she founded Hodos Training, where she provides practical, engaging, interactive training courses and workshops to empower hospitality professionals to reach their fullest potential.

      How long do courses last?

      Courses range from 1-hour workshops to 6-month programmes for in-depth learning.

      What is the training format?
      We offer online and in-person live training, not self-paced.

      Is there a minimum or maximum number of delegates per course?
      Courses need at least 2 participants, and even if there isn’t a maximum number of
      attendees we recommend no more than 15 people for interactive sessions.
      Is there any certification or accreditation associated with the course?
      Yes, you can get certification after completing the course assignments. We offer levels 3,
      5, and 7 accredited by CMI, the Chartered Management Institute.
